Didn’t work for long Machine was wonderful for about 4 weeks. At that point, the frother kept giving me a “clogged” error message. I went through the routine to unclog it, as described on the touchscreen. This kept happening for days. I called Customer Service and was told to do a factory reset. That didn’t make a difference. I love the purge on the milk wand because who wants … We did tons of research on different models and decided on this one. We’ve had it for about two months and used it daily to make mochas, lattes, americanos and hot chocolate (for the kids). We haven’t had any problems with it and my one concern is that it wasn’t a double boiler meaning you can pull shots and steam milk at the same time. Not well supported by Breville! This brewer uses a strange water filter that can only be ordered from Breville! The cost is $13.00 as opposed to around $1.75 for all of their other machines. Not well supported!
