Amazing Customer Service I purchasd this Coffee Maker a few weeks ago. In my original review i was not 100% in love with the Coffee Maker. I posted my review and to my shock the Manufacturer Bonsenkitchen reached out to me on my not so favorable review. They apologized that I was not 100% pleased with the product. They also made a 200% effort to leave me as a satisfied Customer. Friends i know that in recent years Customer Service has become a joke and many companies have taken a “oh well” attitude. A good coffee maker with a few quirks It’s a good functional coffee maker but it takes a little getting used to.You have to squat down or tip the coffee maker to see the entire programming screen.You have to remove the brew basket to open the water tank.The instructions are cryptic at best.Their 12 cups measures 8 cups in my old Black & Decker carafe.I’m not displeased with it but it is different.
Persistent chemical taste A week and a half in and the chemical smell and taste from a new coffee maker remains. Ran vingear through the machine, scrubbed it, put the carafe in dishwasher coffee is still undrinkable. Going back.
