An annoying little machine Purchased this a couple weeks ago because it had good reviews. It seems to make OK coffee. Don’t know what the big deal is about the “vortex technology”. The coffee tastes about the same as any other coffee maker. Brewing is a little bit of a pain. I like to brew it strong, but you need to hit the “strong” button every time you brew. It doesn’t remember the setting. The listed dimensions are incorrect. I specifically purchased this because it was listed as 7.6″ wide. It’s actually 8″. The top…

Defective The carafe drips all over the place. Every time I fill the reservoir or pour a cup of coffee the carafe leaks. For every cup I pour about 2 cups end up on the counter.

Cannot pour with out large puddle It brews coffee fine, but everytime you fill up the pot and pour it into the maker, there is a giant puddle from water trailing off the sides. I’ve tried going slow/ fast / at a different angle and nothing works. This thing sucks, buy a different one.
