Nice carafe but keeps coffee warm, not hot. Item was received as shown/described except duration of time that coffe in carafe is supposed to stay hot. I’m pleased with the quality and prompt shipping. Very happy with this carafe. Giving only three stars as the coffee doesn’t stay hot for hours, only warm.

I could recomment it So far, so good. I noticed that the top is a little warm when it’s holding hot water, but it still holding hot water for 6-7 hours.
