Rum cake This is a moist, rum flavored cake. You can smell the rum when uou open the package but it doesn’t o erpower the flavor or taste in my opinion. I first had this when I picked one up at a Florida airport and loved it and have brought back often for friends when visiting Florida.. It’s a big hit. Almost as good as my homemade one and a lot less work.
Repeat purchaser I didn’t get but a small bite of this one this time. Everyone ate it before I could get back to it. I was so disappointed. I ordered another this week and will hide it in my room. No sharing this time. One of ny favorite dessert since having one on a cruise to the Bahamas in 2005. I often gift these to others as well.
LOVE this cake!! This cake is absolutely divine. So moist and yummy! It’s pricey though, but so good, that I got hooked. I now make my own rum cake which is equally delicious and less expensive. Other than price, I highly recommend this cake.
