Cracks (had to request a replacement) Seller sent out a new set to replace the original, they were prompt and courteous. The second set was fine. We raised our rating from 2 to 4, still docking 1 start for quality control. The set is very nice.I just received my set today in the mail and was getting ready to wash the cups. The bottom of the 4th cup has cracks on the inside (paint was cracked in the manufacturing process) and I will not be able to use it.
Great, but… Nice mug holder, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the black metal holder that holds the mugs is crooked. So itâs kind of like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. No big deal. I still like it. My husband was able to straighten it out a little bit itâs still noticeably tilted.
Great cup holder Love these cups and it’s fun to see who gets what one in the morning. Only gave it 4 stars because the holder came slightly bent, so when all the cups are in it you can tell it leans a bit.
