How to use hot liquids:
Fill it with hot water for 3 minutes
Empty and refill with your design hot drinks and close the lid tight.
Cold liquid:
Fill it with ice water for 3 minutes
Empty and refill with your desired cold drinks and close the lid tight.
How to clean:
Wash inside of flask with hot soapy water
Never submerge and airpot completely in water
Raise thoroughly with hot water
Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chloride
Do not clean interior with brush
