we decided to change our menu by including some of the recipes from the Coffee Lovers book and add the dessert section with 4 of the desserts mentioned in the book to pair them with a coffee for a perfect match. This helped our business a lot Me and my sister are proud owners of the coffee shop, so once I got this book I was surprised how much info about the coffee itself we actually missed. So, we decided to change our menu by including some of the recipes from the Coffee Lovers book and add the dessert section with 4 of the desserts mentioned in the book to pair them with a coffee for a perfect match. This helped our business a lot, so I am grateful for the book and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
A lot of new information for me Some of the recipes were new for me even though I have been working as a barista for couple years already and though I had tried them all. The information about the latte art was great too, as I am still learning this particular skill. A new passion of mine became the coffee based dessert which I would offer for my boss to think about and add to the menu. Awesome book for sure, deserved full 5 stars
Good book, 5 stars! As a barista working couple years at a pretty big coffee shop near the busy area I was quite familiar with all the coffee top recipes and many of the techniques until I have found this book. There were some more interesting facts for me as well as recipes, such as Almond Espresso Float for example, which is my favorite one.
