Delicious and healthy alternative to coffee Teechino was recommended to me by someone in a liquid detox cleanse program I’m doing. I’m really impressed with the French Roast, Java, and Mocha as no-caf alternatives to coffee – they have the depth and boldness of flavor to make me feel like I’m having my morning coffee, and my body is also much happier afterwards! The Maya Chai is also delicious as a chai tea substitute. The flavors are strong enough to get two mugs of tee out of each tee bag. My only concern is that of the 30 tee bags…
Doesn’t taste like coffee, bitter after taste. I have tried the vanilla-nut teecino, but I thought this chicory coffee was pretty unpleasant. It tastes bitter even before cooling and there is a gross after-taste. Yes it is healthy but I didn’t like it. I took it to work and left it on the food donation table.
Great find! Now I can have my Teeccino when I have breakfast out. This is a big treat for me. So, no teapot or French press, just a cup of hot water and my tea bag of Teeccino. Great find!
