Great Customer Service I bought 2 sets of these mugs as a gift. Unfortunately, the Post Office left one of the boxes in front of our garage door and my husband ran over it. Surprisingly, only one mug was broken, and I contacted Sweese to ask if I could buy a replacement for just that one mug. They insisted on sending me a free replacement for the entire set – 6 mugs! The Customer Service people were so nice! And the mugs look very nice, too.
Great Mug Set, High Quality, Will Buy More! I hate mugs that when you put them in the microwave the liquid doesn’t get hot but the mugs do, these are not those mugs! These quality mugs actually will get the liquid hot while the mugs stay warm but not hot.I like the different shades of blue, very nice. They feel really well proportioned and just have a good feel in your hands. The grip is just the right size, not too thick, and are very comfortable to hold.I’m going to get another set as soon as I can…
Awesome set of mugs ! Replacing my old set of mugs with these. I like the shape they are easy to hold, the blue pastel shades look great.One of the mugs was received with a sharp scratch, but Sweese was prompt in their response and remediation.Overall great product.
