Excellent design and performance, but oddly, it happens not to fit 18 oz red cold cups. The design and performance is excellent, for the cups that fit it.Sadly this dispenser model does not accommodate 18 oz red cups nowadays. Those cups have a 4 inch lip diameter, including Solo Squared, and the red cups from Sams/Costco/BJs. Great space saving solution for your plastic cups I recently got a new mixer, which is very heavy and which is meant to stay on your counter. Good product bad customer service I place one order with 2 as my quantity. I received 2 difference model number. I called customer service and asked for them to swap out the incorrect model number. They refused. I recommend order the one with the chain. It is helpful so that when you dismount the storage container the lid will not fall off and hit you in the head because the chain is ther to hold it.
