Did the formula change in the last 10 years? We used to use this in ‘tea bag’ form years ago and we loved it. I rediscovered it on Amazon and I chose to purchase in bulk bc it is cheaper. Too bitter I was looking for a coffee substitute for two weeks that didn’t have any grain or gluten. I loved that it could be brewed in coffee maker and was excited to try it. After brewing it looked like coffee but was so bitter and didn’t smell like coffee. I tried two stevia packets and some non dairy coconut creamer and it was tolerable but I didn’t pour a second cup. I am going to brew it and put it in my rice protein shakes as it says to have antioxidants and health benefits as I already paid for…

Convenient for Keurig I used to drink this stuff all the time and then it became hard to find. I love that I can scoop it into a K-Cup filter and pop it in he Keurig. Pretty good flavor but the longer you steep this the better it is.Does kind gum up my mesh filters though.Couldn’t find this version last time I ordered so I got bags. We have since switched to a Nespresso so it’s all bags all the time now!
