OXO got it right Update – I have now been using this coffee maker for over 18 months with no issues, and I’m still just as happy with the performance. I have made over 750 pots of coffee, and they are hot and tasty every time. I also have added some information in response to one of the comments left on this review, and a picture of the disassembled carafe lid which was cleaner than expected after 18 months of use.
Great tasting coffee, fast brew time, great customer service. This has been a fantastic coffee maker that makes great tasting coffee. I’m fairly picky with my coffee. Before purchasing this machine I simply used pour over for my coffee because the taste is so much better than a typical coffee machine. It really does make a difference. In order to make larger batches for guests I wanted to have a coffee maker also so, after a lot of research, I chose this one and I couldn’t be happier. Brew time is quick, about 7-8 minutes. Everything is easy to keep clean…
love it We HAVE only had it a short time and so far we love it. our last pot leaked and had other problems. this one works perfectly and makes a good cup of coffee. we have started roasting our own beans and this take a while to get the roast down right. But even our grocery store beans taste better with this pot.
