Five Stars My Favorite Kirkland coffee. A Smooth dark roast. However buy this directly from Costco when it is available your paying a huge Amazon premium. $15.47 per 3lb. bag That’s quite a markup. I know $$ has to be made and Prime shipping and such. I’m just saying as a consumer if you see it at Costco buy it there instead.
Very robust, full body, not bitter. A great bean at a great price. Our local Costco no longer carries this in store. (It was under $6.00 a pound.) We first purchased on a whim at Costco. It is our favorite bean. Very full bodied, without being over roasted. It yet yields excellent espresso shots, Americanos, or French Press. It is very oily, so some espresso machines may struggle with the bean / grind. By far, our favorite bean at a great price.
We love this coffee Used to buy this directly from Costco, but they no longer sell it directly. It’s our favorite. Robust, but llacking what we dislike of the burnt flavor of other dark roasts like French or Italian roasts.
