the good, the bad, & the ugly good: It keeps my coffee hot as advertised. wonderful! Bad: The instructions are written in poor English. Yet they indicate there should be a cup included, there was none. The cup in the illustration shows a “micro gravity induction switch” –whatever that is. Please send the cup, too.Ugly: And, is there a way to turn off the beep? Every time I set my cup on it–it beeps! There are already too many useless beep alerts in this world.
