More Than Expected Fresh, whole coffee beans that have a delightful aroma. My husband and I are considering switching to this brand of coffee now. We do want to try the hazelnut first to see which one we prefer. We were very pleased with the order and really did not expect much but were pleasantly surprised. Normally we buy our coffee directly from Hawaii or pick it up at a coffee shop here in our city. We buy whole beans and grind them as we use them and keep the extra in the freezer. I can’t drink the…
Smells Better Than It Tastes Purchased this coffee based on the good reviews. It smelled very good when I was grinding the beans, and when I was brewing the coffee. It smells better than it tastes. I sincerely wish I had not purchased a quantity of this coffee. I will probably drink it because I paid for it and it’s here, but it’s bitter (and I ordinarily drink dark roast coffee) and harsh tasting. Great smell; not so great taste. I do not recommend it.
Great coffee for a price This is an excellent coffee bean if you are in the market for french vanilla flavored coffee. The price comes out to about $.45/oz which is a bit more expensive than other coffee beans I have tried but it is well worth the price in my opinion.
