Our Cauldron-Aged Pumpkin Coffee is inspired by our homemade chai recipe and infused with spices from around the world such as cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. We simmer these spices in our cauldrons for 12 hours and mix this batch of chai with unroasted coffee beans and let them age for 10-12 days. Then we finish the process by roasting these aged beans with pumpkin essential oils during our signature Death Wish Coffee roasting process. There’s no hocus-pocus about this pumpkin spice coffee – all of the ingredients are fresh, giving it a strong taste without artificial chemicals found in most other pumpkin coffees.

Smooth and tastes “real”, no nasty artificial flavor Just like their original death wish coffee, this doesnt have a bitter or burnt taste. Very smooth. You can definitely taste the chai spices and pumpkin flavors, but they are not overwhelming. Since its organic (no pesticides!), I use a french press with filtered water to keep all the oils and flavor in the coffee. Wish they had it in bigger size as I am going through it rather quickly!
