Great quality, simple. Excellent! Exactly what I was looking for. I’m using these as resealable storage bags for coffee beans. I tried to use regular ziplock bags, don’t bother unless you like to constantly smell coffee beans. What that tells me is ziplock bags are inadequate for sealing in the beans. (If I can smell the beans, something is getting out.) At least that’s my theory.I would buy again, but probably won’t need to for a while.
Five stars for this Don’t know what others will use these for, but for storing roasted coffee beans they are terrific. Unlike some other bags they’re flexible enough to squeeze ALL the air out through the valve — and keep it out. After two weeks the tops are still all creased, the way I left them. This batch, at least, was airtight. They’re made of Kraft paper, so you can write on them and it won’t smear.
Great, Affordable Proper Coffee Storage I have started roasting my own coffee at home, so finding a good storage solution that wouldn’t let in oxygen leading to degrading of flavor was absolutely necessary. These fit the bill great, and are also great to use to give home-roasted coffee to someone as a gift.
