Good Stuff, Good Price Coffee arrived promptly, in a large zip lock bag. The bag in labeled for easy identification.I roast with a Nesco CR-1010 with 3.5-4 oz of beans, set to a 15-17 minute heat cycle, then once the cooling cycle starts I stop the roaster and remove the coffee to a chilled blow and steel strainer to cool and agitate for 5 minutes until cool. Yum Great results roasting to full city on my stove in a Whirly Pop (~12 minutes constant heat), grinding to medium-coarse with a hand-crank burr grinder (crank it slowwww for better evenness), and brewing via Chemex. At least as nice as anything from the Sweet Maria’s mix packs that I’ve worked my way through over the last 1-2 years.As others have pointed out, the beans come in a regular old plastic zip top bag, not a burlap sack.
