Full Body, with a Deep, Rich Chocolaty Flavor, and a Clean Finish. Smooth Milk Chocolate, with Notes of Honey, Caramel and Cocoa. Organic Certified. This Coffee is an exceptional Honduran coffee from the Marcala region. No chemical inputs are used. The cherries (fruit of the coffee bean), are composted and used as fertilizer, along with vermiculture, and fewer insects are present at the altitude that it’s grown, so no insecticides are necessary. If there ever is a bug problem, farmers sometimes plant peppers as a repellent. The coffee is very dense, and thus has depth of flavor and we are able to roast it just right to bring out its natural flavor characteristics and a wonderful sweetness. All our coffees are roasted fresh to order in multiple small batch roasters (30-60 kilos) at our facility in Miami. We are a family of growers and roasters, laser-focused on quality, and because of our volume and innovative model, we are able to deliver an excellent quality 100% organic coffee, at a price that represents a considerable value. I almost didn’t review this because I wanted to keep this secret to myself! This stuff is awesome, no kidding. It arrived with another brand I decided to try. I wanted side by side comparison. Both brand beans were oily, which means they are fresh, and both smelled great. BUT, this coffee here had a much more rich flavor, and was less money! This coffee has subtle hints of chocolate, but don’t let that scare you away, it blends well for an absolutely awesome cup of coffee. Highly recommended.

Smooth bold taste without bitter. Surprise! A nice dark roast without bitterness. I’m not a coffee expert. I just know what I like. I’ve tried lots of brands. Price often has little to do with how good the coffee tastes.I have a coffee grinder that lets me set the number of cups and it grinds the appropriate amount of beans. For this coffee, I found that a little less is better. For 10 cups I grind for 8 cups.

Best Coffee Ever This is bar none the best coffee that I have ever had in my life and I am old. From the aroma in the morning, to the last drop, it is well worth the cost. My body notices the differences in going from GMO to organic. I am having less pain and the days are easier to get through. If you love a great cup of coffee in the morning, then this one is for you!
