Great Value My husband has been roasting his own coffee for six months, and whenever he wants to give some away I cringe at the ziplock bag that he puts it into. For Christmas gifts, I bought these for him, and they made all the difference in how the coffee was received. It looks much more professional. The bag has a valve so that the coffee can breathe, and a ziplock top. You could easily print out labels on your home computer and put them on the bag or just handwrite the blend for a more artisan look.
Nice product. Does what it says. These are pretty good, actually. They seal tight and in my experience the de-gassing valve has worked well. (One bag developed a small split on the side while I was folding the top over to press out the air, but that might have been my doing, and it was easily fixed with a piece of tape.) I can say that these will hold a half-pound of whole, roasted coffee beans comfortably.
