Campsite coffee that’s great. I have used mine at my campsite and am very satisfied. If you do it right this pot cooks good coffee. I let it percolate for 8 minutes Whatever design flaws might…
Great Coffee I love coffee and there’s nothing better than percolated coffee. I purchased my first percolator a couple of years ago – an electric version by Hamilton Beach – and I knew I would never go back to a drip coffee maker again. There is simply no comparison in the two methods. Unfortunately, my electric percolator stopped working recently. Apparently making a better cup of coffee doesn’t mean it’s reliable or built to last. Not great quality whatsoever. It’s way over priced for the quality and it’s Made in China. It came bent up but I was able to straighten it back out.The lid should be like all other percolators where there is a lip that goes inside of the pot when it is shut that blankets the basket. The lid is a very poor design. The steel is cheaply made:Why anyone would give this 4 or 5 stars is beyond me.
