Dual Frother
This device is easy use and performs very well. There are two parts of the frother. There is a Frothing Sleeve for cappuccinos and when the Frothing Sleeve is removed, it reveals the Steam Tube for lattes. Frothing: Frothing Sleeve is in place over the steam tube. Hot steam and air are injected into the milk. The air will swirl inside the milk creating silky dense froth on top of the milk, ideal for a cappuccino. Steaming only; Frothing Sleeve is removed to reveal the Steam Tube. Only hot steam will be injected into the milk. This is ideal for a latte. Important: To work properly, the Frothing Sleeve and Steam Tube need to be free of any milk deposits from earlier use.

Died after 7 months of use Have had this machine for 7 months and it’s been struggling for the past few weeks. It appears that the pump no longer has enough pressure to push the water through. Even without grinds or the portafilter, water comes through very slowly. I’ve run dezcal through the system numerous times with no change. Reaching out to support now to get a replacement. Also purchased the $12 Asurion warranty through Amazon, but since the manuf. warranty is still in place, I have to go through it first…
A great Expresso machine, especially for the money. This unit replaced one that we wore out, it came for Christmas. It was simple to use out of the box, I suppose having some experience made it simple but there was nothing difficult about getting a perfect cup of Cappuccino on the first attempt. The milk frothier works very well, I can tailor the milk to fit individual preference with ease. The Espresso comes out so rich.
