Good tasting coffee is important to me Good tasting coffee is important to me. Up until now, I have resisted ordering a Keurig single cup coffee maker. Good concept, but those little plastic cups are simply ecologically frightening to me. I can imagine seagulls flying around with their beaks caught in one of these cups. For the last 15 years, I have used a French press with which to make coffee. For the simple reason, I can make a small amount of fresh coffee that is consumed during breakfast without the leftover bitter flavor…

Exceeded my expectations! THE COFFEE: Awesome coffee. Tastes great – I got the Medium Sample Box (and they threw in a couple of the dark/bold pods as samples too so I could basically taste all of their coffees). The Medium & Heroic is the best, in my opinion. I’m guessing I’m not alone in that, since they give you more of that one in the sampler. It’s not quite as intense as Starbucks (as they do a much darker/bitter roast) but way more full-bodied than the grocery store brands. A perfect medium…
