I am extremely disappointed in this product I am extremely disappointed in this product! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my tea-loving mother and she was SO excited to try it. She heated up the water and poured it in and as soon as she put the infuser in the entire pot shattered! The concept is great but the functionality needs serious work! Thereâs no way to get the plastic infuser in without shattering the paper thin glass!
Total Crap! I ordered this in October and gave it … Total Crap! I ordered this in October and gave it as a Christmas present. Apparently the black plastic part of this teakettle is held on by a little screw and was broken. When my son went to wash it for first use, the screw fell out into the sink. It is broken and can not be replaced. This kettle is completely useless and apparently my time limit to return is up so I am just out the full price for this useless piece of crap. Do not but it.
