Hydrogenated oils instead of milk powder The taste is just okay. The ingredients are not healthy at all and is a cheat for the cheapest ingredients. Instead of using milk powders, they use hydrogenated oils and corn syrup. Try plain coffee K-cups and adding half-and-half with a touch of pumpkin flavored syrup. I love it! It’s like pumpkin spice flavored hot cocoa. There was one review that almost stopped me from wanting to buy this but I’m glad I did. I love it! It reminds me of hot cocoa. In fact, the sweetness is about the same, which is to say, it’s really sweet. It’s not for everyone but if you like hot cocoa and you like pumpkin spice flavor, I think you’ll like this.

The only way I was able to go through these is if I used these as a flavor shot on top of plain coffee I made.
