Good, but not the Cocoa Rouge I’ve bought at Sur La Table. When I first purchased this Cocoa Rouge chocolate, I was expecting the same chocolate I had bought in the brown canister. Unfortunately, this chocolate is not the same. It’s not as rich as the one in the brown container. However, it’s better than anything I’ve found in Jordan, where I live, so I am glad to be able to have it delivered to me.
Best Cocoa Powder Ever This is by far the best cocoa powder I have ever used. I can make my coconut milk, cocoa powder and stevie chocolate milk with an immersion blender; and with this cocoa powder, it is rich without the strong bitterness.
