Great recipes, terrible book quality!!! 5 stars for the recipes, 1 star for how they lazily cut and put the pages in this book. Some of the pages are cut so I can’t even see the page number! This is unacceptable for a brand new book to release this quality.

Enjoy ATK and Stop Taking Notes If you are looking for a cookbook with big beautiful four color pictures in it-this isn’t it. Though, the book does have some pictures, and some are in color. Heaviest cookbook ever. Not practical. I have enjoyed America Test kitchen and their delightful chefs and experts for many years. So when I decided to purchase their ATK Complete Cookbook 2001-2019 I was immediately disappointed when I opened the shipping box. First of all it was incredibly heavy. Then the print is way too small. Much more like a textbook than a practical cookbook. I will be sending this monstrosity back for a refund. In the future I sincerely hope ATK puts as much thought into their cookbooks as their recipes.
