Great product, one of a kind I really enjoy this product. I love the look, the options, and added features. It has a nightlight option which you can control and you can even turn the cold off if you just want room temp water. Do I even need to mention the built in Keurig? Overall it works well. The product received only 4 stars because sometimes it gets louder than usual out of nowhere.
So far so good Time will tell because previous items of this sort wore out. The water cooler/heater portion worked for several years afterward. The coffee maker crashed too quickly. This model has fulfilled expectations. Iâll update after extended period of use if desired but for now very pleased.
K-cup defective The excuse from Primo: all K-cup Primo water dispensers have faulty motherboards. This isn’t a one time issue! Every subsequent Primo K-cup dispenser thereafter, stopped working as well. Yep, we’ve been through 3, everyone of them has stopped working shortly after using, maybe weeks, if we were lucky. Don’t buy! Primo Policy; NO REFUNDS!!!
