Pecan trees are native to Texas and are grown all over the state both commercially and ornamentally. Pecan coffee that tastses like pecan! I love a good pecan coffee….shame that there are so few. I like several brands, Madalines Backyard pecan, HEB, and Green Mountain, but Lola Savannah is currently my favorite. Nice smooth pecan favored coffee with a good aftertaste. What more could you want?I have a tip for making this:1. use an AeroPress (By far my best results), 2. 180 degree water, 3. Like another reviewer said, add a small amount of a bolder coffee. I add about a fourth of Black Rifle Coffee’s Just Black.
Good Coffee, but price increase I did like this coffee, although the last couple of deliveries were not up to par. Beans were dry and less tasteful; this with the huge price increase over the last few orders makes this a reject for me. Cancelled my Subscribe and Save orders.
I have it set to brew in the morning and I don’t even need an alarm clock because the amazing aromas fill the house and gently w I had to travel to/from Texas for a funeral and stopped to get some coffee. This was the brand used and it was so delicious. If you’d rather wake up to something other than Folgers, then this is the coffee that will do it.
