Good taste and fast through prime shipping Would have given 5 stars but 4 cups were damaged in one of the boxes. I ordered a lot and the other boxes didn’t have this but if I had only ordered one box, 4 kcups damaged would have been a deal breaker. The box wasn’t damaged, so this was more of a conveyor belt or human packaging issue. The product does taste good though and shipping with prime made it convenient.I would still reccoment as long as this isn’t a normal thing for damaged kcups which is the only reason I’m mentioning it.
Defective lids now…not sure what changed…. I am not sure what has happened in their packaging plant, but these have become a nightmare for me. I have had these several times, with no issue, but with this last order, at least THREE of the BOXES so far have been faulty. The lid is not properly sealed, so instead of my morning wake me up, I come back to a HUGE MESS. The cup is full of grounds and so is my Keurig and counter. The product is perfect but the seller sucks! I never have a problem with this product. Itâs always perfect. Itâs my favorite coffee and I drink it every day. The description says 6×12 boxes but this seller chose to send me a case of all 72 in one case and most of the k-cups Iâve used from this case have filled my cups with coffee grounds. Iâve had to throw so many cups away itâs not funny. Iâve never had this problem with green mountain k-cups before. Iâll never buy from this seller again but Iâll always keep buying this product.
