Still Keeps Things Hot, But Useless I bought this airpot on 4/7/16, and used it a few times before summer came. It recently became cold again (hello winter!), and keeping tea hot became important again. While I am glad to report that the pot still keeps things hot, it has become pretty well useless. Great product that works as advertised This is an excellent product but I did decide to return it after I realized that a smaller carafe or airpot would fit my needs better. I did prime the airpot with some boiling water and let it sit for a couple of minutes, as suggested, to test it. I then rinsed out that water and filled it with boiling water. This was at 12:30 PM . Keeps Coffee Hot for Hours I recently purchased this product because I read good reviews on it. I have another stainless steel thermos the same size but not a Bunn. This Bunn keeps coffee very hot for 22 hours as long as you keep the lever closed in the down position. I sell coffee by the cup at arts and craft shows and at farmers markets and I make the coffee the night before because I know it will be piping hot by 9am the next morning.
