At a glance it looks like a bargain but lacks quality. Thought I’d try this out. Both myself and a friend found the bitter aftertaste a turnoff. Would I buy it again, NOPE! Would I recommend to a friend, NOPE! It might be OK for camping coffee, but how many folks take a Keurig with them on a camping trip? Now you know why it’s so cheap – it lacks any kind of decent quality in taste. Would rather pay a bit more for better flavor.
Delicious This French Roast is delicious, and the 100 count is well worth the price. We typically have our coffee black with nothing added, which means the flavor of the coffee is very apparent. This has the taste of a more expensive, good quality coffee….from a 6 ounce to a 14 ounce size cup. It has a rich, bold, complex flavor, that has thus far been free of a bitter or acidic after taste. Super bitter, and burnt flavor. I think this is a palate thing, but in my opinion this is gross. lolI can’t complain about the amount you get for your dollars, but for me this isn’t something I can enjoy.If you like incredibly dark roasted coffee, and flavor notes hitting on ash and burn- this is for you.I just didn’t expect it to be quite so much of a deep roast.
